DBA Mitsubishi Evo 8/9 Front Drilled/Slotted 5000 Series 2 Pc Rotor w/Gold Hat provides all the benefits of 5000 Series, with a premium non-directional cross drilled and slotted design, plus a variety of finishes available on the rotor hub. Sharing all the benefits of the 4000 Series, 5000 Series rotors are a composite 2 piece direct replacement brake rotor. We use only the highest quality materials to ensure optimal performance under the most strenuous circumstances, combining high carbon cast iron rings with aerospace grade aluminium hats (T6061-T6) held together with National Aerospace Standards (NAS) bolts and crimp nuts.
 
The introduction of our unique cross drilled and slotted design increases the number of exit points, allowing more brake pad friction dust and gases to escape through both the cross drilled holes and slots, resulting in better braking performance.
