These components are legal in California for racing vehicles only, which may never be used on public roads and highways. Federal and many state laws prohibit the removal, modification, or rendering inoperable of any device or element of design affecting vehicle emission or safety in a vehicle used on public highways. Violation of such laws may subject the owner or user to a fine or penalty. Installation of this part may void the warranty coverage, if any, on your vehicle. Vehicles modified by the use of performance parts may no longer be lawfully used on public highways. User assumes all cost and risks associated with these and other import items. Check your state and local laws regarding the use on any parts. Customers will acknowledge and agree to this stipulation once the transaction has been made with JAP Motorsport. As a security precaution, all IP Addresses will be recorded for each completed web transaction. Return Policy JAP Motorsport Return Policy At JAP Motorsport we realize that returns and exchanges are a part of purchasing process and we do our best to make it as painless as possible. Before you take the time to fill out this form, please ask yourself the follow questions: Am I returning the product in the same exact condition that I received it? Is the product unopened and in brand new condition? Did I receive the product within the past 60 days? If you are able to answer yes to all of those questions then please continue, if not then we will not be able to process your return or exchange. JAP Motorsport will only take back unopened and unused product(s) within 60 days from the date you received the item(s). You must have 24 hours to inspect the package so make sure that package is complete and you must report to us into 24 hours. JAP Motorsport does have the right to refuse a return for any reason. All returns are subject to a restocking fee that could be up to 30% of the purchase price, although it is often times much less. If you return an item that has been opened, attempted to be installed, or not in a new and sellable condition we will return the product(s) back to you at your expense. Special order items are not returnable for any reason. All product(s) must be returned in their original packaging, there are no exceptions to this. All returns must be double boxed, so you have to put the original box inside another box. You must also include the returns form that JAP Motorsport will email you once we approve your return. If you send the product(s) back without the return paperwork we will not process the return and the item(s) will be refused and sent back to. It is your responsibility to pay for the shipping back to us, any shipments sent with money owed will be refused.
